At COCOMOO (RIVARA INDUSTRIES), we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms governing the processing, shipment, and delivery of products purchased through our Platform.
Domestic Shipping Network
We ship orders across eligible serviceable locations in India through trusted third-party logistics and courier partners, including services facilitated via Shiprocket and its integrated carrier network.
- Order Processing:
- Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and verification.
- Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
- Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or handcrafted products may require additional processing time. The estimated dispatch timeline will be communicated during the order confirmation process.
- Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on public holidays or non-working days unless otherwise specified.
- Estimated Delivery Timelines:
Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather conditions, regional restrictions, and other operational factors. Indicative delivery periods are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Tier-II & Tier-III Cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or Special Service Areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

- Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Promotional offers such as free shipping may be provided from time to time at the sole discretion of COCOMOO.
- Any taxes, duties, or additional charges imposed by applicable laws shall be borne by the customer where required.
- Order Tracking:
- Customers may track their shipments using the tracking details provided after dispatch.
- Shipment status updates are generally available through the respective courier partner's tracking system and may also be accessible through our Platform where applicable.
- Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO):
- Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts in accordance with their operational policies.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept delivery, or any customer-related issue, the shipment may be returned to us.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned shipments.
- Delivery Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, regulatory actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, public emergencies, or force majeure events. COCOMOO shall not be liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
- Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries:
- Customers are requested to inspect packages upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged package, defective product, incorrect item, or an incomplete order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing relevant photographs, videos, and order details. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
- Resolution of such cases shall be subject to verification and our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
- Risk, Ownership and Address Accuracy:
- Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the shipping address provided during checkout.
- Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. COCOMOO shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, losses, or additional costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping details.
- International Shipping:
Unless expressly stated on the Platform, we currently ship only within India. International shipping requests, if accepted, may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import regulations applicable in the destination country.
