My Business Does Not Support Returns
Due to the handcrafted, custom-embroidered nature of our products and strict hygiene guidelines for children's wear, our business does not support returns, exchanges, or refunds. All purchases made on our Platform (https://cocomoo.in/) are considered final sale.
- 7-Day Window Exception: We do not offer general return, exchange, or refund options once 7 days have passed since the date of your purchase. Within this window, returns are only accepted in cases of pre-existing product damage or defect.
- Eligibility for Defective Exchange: In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange of a defective item:
- (i) The purchased item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.
- (ii) The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags intact.
- (iii) If the item was purchased during a sale or promotion, it is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
- Verification & Inspection: For approved exchange/return requests of defective items, once your returned item is collected, received, and inspected by our team at the Kolkata workspace, we will notify you via email. If the defect is confirmed and approved after our quality check, your replacement or store credit request will be processed.
