Cancellation & Refund Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellation & Refund Summary

To align with our local workspace collection model, cancellations are only accepted within a strict 2-hour window after order placement. Once the order has been prepared and marked ready for self-pickup, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

  1. Cancellations: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation requests cannot be entertained once orders have been communicated to our preparation team, the items are prepared for collection, or the order is marked ready for pickup.
  2. Handcrafted Garments Final Sale: COCOMOO (RIVARA INDUSTRIES) does not accept cancellation or return requests for clothing items due to strict children's wear hygiene guidelines and small-batch artisanal standards. All voluntary purchases are final. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is defective or damaged.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report it immediately to our customer service concierge desk at askcocomoo@gmail.com or call +91 98307 34767. The request will be reviewed and processed once the team at RIVARA INDUSTRIES has checked and determined the defect at its own end. This must be reported within 2 days of order collection.
  4. Product Expectations: In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer concierge desk within 2 days of collecting the product. The customer service team, after reviewing your request, will make an appropriate decision at its sole discretion.
  5. Manufacturer Warranty: For complaints regarding any third-party accessories or items that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issues directly to the respective manufacturer.
  6. Refund Processing: In case of any refunds approved by RIVARA INDUSTRIES, it will take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
